Jerry D Dillon

Jerry D Dillon, CEO

Jerry and Deniese have been married for 48 years. They along with their daughter Daniele have made a long-term commitment to develop meaningful ways within the funeral and cemetery industry to honor and celebrate a families legacy. The Dillon's have pioneered in services to children, adolescents and families in the fields of behavioral health, child welfare, juvenile justice, global adoptions and humanitarian services in developing countries.

Daniele has worked with Dillon Marler Dighton Funeral Home since 2007, She has 2 Children Katie(23) and Joshua(20). Daniele was born and raised in Tulsa, Ok. She graduated high school in 1987 and went to Tulsa Junior College (aka) TCC, also went to Rogers State College In Claremore Ok. (1988-1990). Daniele has made a long-term commitment to develop meaningful ways within the funeral and cemetery industry to honor and celebrate a families legacy. Daniele was married New Years Eve of 2016 to Pat Westmoreland.


Lanna Finch

Lanna Finch, Contracts/Administrator

Lanna moved from Ulysses, Kansas to Sand Springs in 2003. Most Sandites will recognize her beautiful smile from the years she had worked at Ron's Hamburgers. Lanna Finch is our contract management administrator and works closely with the families here at Woodland Memorial Park Cemetery. Lanna also assists with merchandise sales and accounting.


Stan  Hall

Stan Hall, Family Counselor / Pre-need Specialist/ Event Planner

Stanley Hall is a proud SANDITE, born and raised in Sand Springs in 1952. He is the son of Clinton and Delores Hall, long time residents of Sand Springs.He graduated from OSU in 1974 with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.

Stan has been in the Hospitality business since 1974 which involved Food Sales, Catering and Event Planning. Stan feels that this has uniquely prepared him as a compassionate Pre-need Specialist for Dillon Funeral Services.

Stan is a proud father of 6 and enjoys being Poppi, and Great-Grandpa. Stan is a member of Broadway Baptist Church, Sand Springs Chamber, Rotary, 1970 Class Reunion Committee, and the Sand Springs Alumni Association.

During his time at Dillon he has developed an understanding of the need of pre-need and pre-planning of your family's wants and wishes in advance of the loss of a loved one.

Donna Merchant, Office Manager / Sales

Donna Merchant was born and raised in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. She graduated from high school and Tri-County Technical School in 1970.

Donna has over 30 years of experience working in the cemetery industry. She first began her employment at Memorial Park Cemetery in January 1983. Donna serves as the Office Manager for Memorial Park. Her roles include ground supervision and Family Sales Counselor. She has attended many sales training programs, as well as, grief recovery programs. Donna has been involved in many community activities. She was a member of the Dewey Pilot Club; Bartlesville Women’s Club & volunteered at Bartlesville Free Medical Clinic.

Donna has been married for 37 years and has 3 children, 6 grandchildren & 3 great grandchildren, who are the loves of her life.
