Alan P Gideon Obituary (1940 - 2015) - Sand Springs, Oklahoma

Alan P Gideon, 75, the son of Louis and Evelyn Gideon, was born May 14th, 1940 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He died November 6th, 2015 and was a life-long resident of Sand Springs, Oklahoma. Alan graduated from Sand Springs High School and served two years in the U.S. Army. He was interested in drama and performed in a number of high school plays. Alan enjoyed painting and taught private art lessons to area children. He worked as a Pressman for the Tulsa papers. Alan was preceded in death by his parents, brother Robert, a nephew and a niece. He is survived by brothers, Jay and wife Pat and Ralph Edward and wife Billie, three nephews, two nieces and cousins Michael and Patrick Beatty. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. November 11th, 2015 under the direction of Dillon Funeral Service at Woodland Memorial Park, Sand Springs
